UK Courier Delivery Services - FAQ.
Proof of delivery is available within minutes of the completion of each delivery
With our own bespoke computer system and specially written software we monitor each job at every stage of its journey. Our communication system allows us to record the proof of delivery, that is the name of the person who signed for the goods, the time of delivery and date as soon as the delivery has been concluded. This information is clearly printed on each invoice along with your own order number if required. Should you need a hard copy of the signature one can be provided for you.
We are available to help solve all your delivery and collection problems 365 a year, 24 hours a day.
All of our staff understand the flexibility demanded by our customers and strive to help any time day or night. There is always someone at the end of the telephone who will only be too pleased to help solve whatever delivery or collection problem you may have. Even the telephone call is free.
All of our drivers can be contacted by mobile telephone throughout their working day.
How do you know where my package is?
We operate a mobile to mobile communication system. Using specially modified speaker and text systems we are able to maintain regular contact with a driver to pass on any changes to delivery or collection addresses safely and with the minimum of delay. Also, we employ the latest Nav Man 650 system in all of our delivery vehicles enabling all of your packages to be delivered in the quickest timeframe possible. This system also enables us to be able to track and monitor their approach to destination.
We use modern well serviced vehicles
All of our vehicles are carefully maintained and serviced to the manufactures specifications by an authorised commercial vehicle specialist. So when you trust Dash-It-Despatch to carry your important consignment you can do so with the confidence that neither we nor our vehicles will let you down.
Each driver performs vehicle checks weekly with spot checks carried out centrally to ensure our standards of safety are maintained.
